Sample Plan: Equal Share (Every Other Week)
Description: Kids are with the Mother one week then with the Father the next week; exchanging Wednesday after school (3:30 pm). Holidays and Special Occasions are a balanced schedule alternating between parents on an even/odd year basis. All other schedules are turned off but can be enabled by the user as necessary.
Annual Distribution: Approximately 50/50
Sample Plan: Alternating Weekends
Description: Kids are with the Mother except every other weekend (Friday night thru Sunday night) when they are with the Father. Kids are with the Father every Wednesday night from 5 pm to 8 pm (Mid-Week). Holidays and Special Occasions are a balanced schedule alternating between parents on an even/odd year basis. All other schedules are turned off but can be enabled by the user as necessary.
Annual Distribution: Approximately 80/20 in favor of the Mother
- Can be modified to be in favor of Father
- Can be modified to add days
- Results in splits of 75/25 or 70/30
Sample Plan: Split Week
Description: Kids are with the Father every Monday and Tuesday. Kids are with the Mother every Wednesday and Thursday. Kids are with the Father (or Mother) on alternating (every other) weekends. All other schedules, holidays and birthdays are turned off but can be enabled by the user, as necessary.
Annual Distribution: Approximately 50/50
To use these Parenting Plans:
- Open and select file name
- In Profile Name field delete existing name and type your own Profile Name
- Continue to personalize the plan as necessary by filling-in fields, selecting "Next" and continuing through program until "Finish" tab is reached and selected.
- Parenting Plan is saved as "your Profile Name".xml
