Enterprise License
The Shared GroundR Enterprise License is designed especially for divorce and family law attorneys, courts, arbitrators, mediators, and counselors who develop many diverse Parenting Plans for clients. Contained within the Shared Ground program are default settings that reflect many typical and standard parenting plans approved by courts and are set to distribute time equitably between two primary caregivers. Defaults may be used or a custom designed parenting plan may be created.
Shared Ground helps divorce professionals generate parenting plans quickly and
easily, allowing the proposed schedule to be viewed immediately. Disagreements
can be discussed and proposed changes can be entered and viewed before finalizing
the parenting plan.
The calendar wizards guide you through each step as you enter family information
and assign time for recurring events like school schedules, holidays and birthdays.
Vacation time and special occasions are included and can be planned in advance.
Yearly school schedules, like winter and spring break are easily accessed for
annual updating. When finished, the calendar can be viewed as a weekly or monthly
schedule and includes periods up to and including each child's 18th birthday.
Ease your client's apprehension about shared parenting and provide them with an
easy to create and easy to follow schedule. Once a Parenting Plan is finalized,
simply e-mail the resulting file (.xml format) to the client or save it to diskette.
In order to view, edit, print and annually update the plan the client would need
to purchase a Co-Parenting License from the Shared Ground Web site.
Enterprise License Options
The Enterprise license allows multiple Parenting Plans to be created by a single user.
It allows the creation of Parenting Plans, using the Shared Ground software,
individually or across an entire organization. Professionals create a Parenting
Plan for their client and share the file (.xml format) with them. Clients can
view and edit the plan designed specifically for their needs by purchasing a
Co-Parenting License. Several options exist offering access to the co-parenting
software in cost-effective and comprehensive methods.
There are few boundaries with the Enterprise License option. Users can be in a
variety of geographical locations and number of users can range from as few as one
to as many as you need. Any Shared Ground licensed member of the organization may
have unlimited access to the software. Shared Ground can be accessed from desktop
PCs, laptops, or any combination of these. This option is available for a one-time
investment, with free updates as developed. Software keys are issued for each
licensed user. Several options are available:
